Securovision safety glasses
North York Eye Clinic has partnered with SecuroVision to provide safety glasses to members of our North York community. Please call our office at 647-352-5553.
Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins for safety glasses so please ensure your appointment is pre-booked so we can spend time with you to complete all necessary consultation and eyeglass measurements required. Please call our office at 647-352-5553.

In order for us to order in your Safety Glasses, please bring the following information with you.
We require:
1.) A valid prescription. Please bring the eye exam results (prescription) from a recent eye exam. If you require an eye exam please call us at : 647-352-5553 and we can also arrange your eye exam for you.
2.) Your Employer Name. If you have an Employee Badge, please bring this information with you.
3.) Employee ID #
OR
4.) SecuroVision Paper Form provided to you from your Employer.
Please bring this information to your appointment.

Please keep in mind.
Your employer has a contract with Securo Vision.
A) Not all safety glass frame options are available. We have all the Securo Vision frame options for you to try on. However, your Employer and Securo Vision have a contract and have mutually agreed upon a select number of frame options for their employees.
B) There may be additional charges for items that are not covered i.e.) Anti-Reflective Coating, tints, photochromic, etc. There may be additional options that may be available at no cost and there may be options that you may have to pay out of pocket for. Please consult with your Employer prior to your appointment if you would like any add-on options. The payment must be made directly to Securo Vision using your credit card in order for them to proceed with your order.
